BDBA Presidency

Every year, at the BDBA AGM, each member club take it in turn (pre-ordered) to nominate one of their members as vice-President who, in the following year, will become President. It was Old Basing turn in 2020 and Tom Regan-Atkins was nominated. In the normal train of events Tom should have been President in 2021 but owing to 2020 being a non-event bowls-wise the process was delayed for a year. Therefore, Tom will be the 2022 BDBA President. 2022 also happens to be the Association’s centenary year – good timing Tom !!

As part of Tom’s presidency year the Club will host the Association’s annual ‘President’s Day’ and also the Competition’s Final’s Weekend.
